Must be licensed in Arizona, have fingerprint clearance card, 2-3 professional references and pass a background check. Additional certifications and education in MLD, MFR, ART, Academy of Clinical Massage (Whitney Lowe), and clinical or medical massage courses are a huge plus. Therapists who have NCBTMB Board Certification are encouraged to apply. Bilingual, Spanish-speaking therapists are also encouraged to apply. 1-3 years experience is preferred, however, if you give a really great massage– let’s talk.

One last note, we value your time and respect it. Once hired, we cluster your appointments together, you know your schedule the day before so you can plan accordingly, we rarely have same day appointments, our patients usually schedule multiple appointments in advance and are on a treatment plan (this makes for a much more reliable and anticipated schedule). We expect new therapists to have full schedules within six weeks of starting. Time in between patients is paid time. Find the perfect balance between enough hours to satisfy your bank account, but not so many that you are burnt out. Long term career therapists are eligible for health benefits, 401k and more. Work hours are generally within normal office hours. Weekends are not required– although they are an option.
