What you can expect from us:

We will provide medically necessary treatment as prescribed by the patient’s physician or healthcare provider. We write initial reports and progress reports with every patient, as well as keep very detailed SOAP notes. We stay in contact with the referring provider regarding patient treatment. We try to be very timely in our response to your records requests, but occasionally require the entire 30 days, per the law. We work with you to ensure that the patient is getting the medically necessary treatment they need.
