Exciting Announcement (Updated January 2026) – We are currently looking to bring on 1-2 awesome therapists to join our clinic family! We are a team, and are looking for therapists who want to be team players, collaborate and have fun.

We currently have a long waitlist of patients that need to be seen and we are shorthanded on Licensed Massage Therapists. Any LMT that joins our team, gives a great massage and can establish a friendly working relationship with our patients will quickly have a very full schedule.

Our Pay/Compensation Structure is amongst the best in Tucson for LMT’s. Our goal is to compensate awesome LMT’s in a way that allows them to THRIVE, not merely survive. This, coupled with a full schedule, clinical support, a joyous place to work, and pay for time in-between massages makes for an ideal workplace that we believe you will want to stay at for years to come!

Must be licensed in Arizona, have fingerprint clearance card, three professional references and pass a background check. Additional certifications and education in MLD, MFR, Academy of Clinical Massage, and clinical or medical massage are a plus. NCBTMB Board Certification is also a plus.
