Insurance
HSA/FSA cards. These are Health Savings Accounts that your employer may provide to you to use towards medial expenses as you see fit. We are set up as a medical account and can run your card the same way as a debit or credit card. We provide detailed receipts with all necessary information for you to keep for your files.
Medical Payments (MedPay) or Personal Injury Protection (PIP) from your auto policy or from the policy of the car you were in during the accident. If you have been in an auto accident and are seeking treatment, we are happy to see you for care and bill your Medpay coverage directly. Medpay is an add-on to your policy that allows you access to treatment after an accident (regardless of who is at-fault). Utilizing this portion of your policy does NOT have an effect on your insurance rates and doesn’t count against you. If you have Medpay, we will bill your carrier directly. We do not accept third party cases.
Workers’ Compensation If you have been injured on the job, we can treat you and bill your workers’ compensation claim directly. This means no cost to you. This requires prior authorization. Ask your treating physician for a referral to see us. You are allowed to receive care from a massage therapist for your care, even if your HR rep or claims manager says otherwise. Federal laws prevent them from discriminating against provider types that are licensed in their profession. If you need help with this, please call us. We will help you advocate for yourself as best as we can.
TriWest – Community Care (Veterans Affairs) We are currently not able to take any VA CCN Patients. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please ask your MSA at the local VA to reroute you to another massage facility that accepts VACCN members (August 2025).
Health Insurance We currently do not accept health insurance. If you think that your insurance plan covers massage or manual therapy, we can assist you in submitting for reimbursement by providing you with a Superbill that includes diagnostic and procedure codes. However, you will have to pay out of pocket for services up front. Please bring us a copy of your referral for massage therapy from your PCP or other healthcare provider.
Medicaid / Medicare – Medicaid and Medicare do not cover massage therapy or manual therapy. Some supplemental plans of Medicare do have massage therapy benefits, however, you would need to pay out of pocket for your care and then submit for reimbursement. We can assist you in submitting for reimbursement by providing you with a Superbill that includes diagnostic and procedure codes. Please bring us a copy of your referral for massage therapy from your PCP or other healthcare provider.
Payment Types We accept cash, FSA/HSA cards, debit, credit and some checks* (*patient must be established and verified).
Packages – We offer several different pre-paid package options that can reduce the cost per session. These are optimal for those who are following a Treatment or Wellness plan in our office.
